When I was working on this piece, I kept thinking about the split second when a bird is either landing or taking off - the exact frame where you can’t tell which it is.

I wanted this artwork to reflect that kind of ambivalence.

The title “Chronovisor” refers to the idea of pausing time just long enough to examine that exact moment.
