Order Processing

• All prints are made to order and created specifically for each customer. Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–5 business days.

(Please note that processing times do not include weekends or public holidays.)

Taxes & Duties

• No sales tax or VAT is charged due to the Austrian small business regulation (§ 6(1)(27) UStG).

• For orders shipping within the European Union (EU), United Kingdom (UK), and United States (US), no additional customs fees apply as orders are fulfilled domestically or within customs zones.

• For all other countries, customs fees, import taxes, and handling charges may apply upon delivery and are the responsibility of the customer.
