[Aether Tag]

I have always loved contrast, and I aim for it in some sense every time I make art. 

Often not limited to the contrast between colours, I try to merge opposing themes or clashing concepts in order to create the right amount of tension that I’m looking for.

This painting should feel like an ancient rune emerging in an industrial environment, possibly a back alley.

Fusing these ancient concepts with modern or technological elements seems to be a current through-line in my work, which I want to keep exploring for the foreseeable future.
