If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason.

All products are printed on demand and produced specifically for each order. We do not hold stock.

Returns

In case of withdrawal, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds are issued once the returned item has been received and inspected.

The refund will include the product price only. Original shipping costs are not refundable. Return shipping costs are not covered by us.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately.

We may request photos to assess the issue. In such cases, we will offer a replacement or full refund where appropriate.
